For best freshness, store your nuts and seeds in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For longer storage (3+ months), you can refrigerate or freeze them. Refrigerated nuts can last up to 6 months, while frozen nuts can last up to a year.
When stored properly, most of our nuts and seeds have a shelf life of 3-6 months at room temperature. Each package includes a best-by date for your reference. For maximum freshness, we recommend consuming within 2-3 months of purchase.
Our products contain tree nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, etc.) and seeds. They are processed in a facility that handles various nut types, so cross-contamination is possible. Please check each product's allergen information if you have specific allergies.
Ordering is easy! Simply browse our products, select the items and quantities you want, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your shipping information and payment details to complete your order.
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can initiate a return after receiving it.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and bank transfers. Cash on delivery is also available for selected areas within Sri Lanka.
Yes! You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order with your order number and details. You'll also receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within Sri Lanka. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for major cities. Same-day delivery is available in Colombo for orders placed before 12 PM.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over Rs. 16,500. Orders under this amount have a flat shipping rate starting from Rs. 990 depending on your location.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to track your package's progress. You can also contact our support team with your order number for updates.
We offer a 7-day return policy for unopened products in original packaging. If your product is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we'll gladly provide a full refund or replacement. Visit our Returns page for complete details.
To initiate a return, email us at returns@gtnutribites.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24-48 hours.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Bank transfers may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
